Par 4 Hole One
An excellent starting hole. The tee shot should be left/center of the fairway leaving a mid to short iron to the green.
Par 5 Hole Two
Tee shot should be left of fairway bunker. Most golfers need to lay up leaving a short iron to the two tiered green.
Par 3 Hole Three
Requires a short iron to the middle of the green. Bunkers protect both sides with room for error on the right.
Par 4 Hole Four
A tough, demanding par four that requires a long iron or fairway wood to a challenging green. Avoid trying to carry trees on the right.
Par 4 Hole Five
One of the best hole on the course and in North Alabama. Requires a well placed drive to the right center of the fairway leaving an excellent angle over water to a green that slopes from back to front.
Par 4 Hole Six
Don't let the water on the right cause an errant tee shot. A good drive in the fairway leaves a mid iron up hill to a green that slopes from left to right. Bunkers left and right protect the green.
Par 5 Hole Seven
It takes to great shots to reach the green on this straight forward par five so let it all out. The green is guarded with bunkers left and right.
Par 3 Hole Eight
This downhill par three looks easy, but check the wind. Long or right of the green is a sure bogey. The green slopes back to front and to the right.
Par 4 Hole Nine
Long and straight with fairway bunkers right and left. Uphill to the green requires a good second shot to avoid additional bunkers.
Par 5 Hole Ten
This long par five will require a fairway wood or long iron on the second shot leaving a short iron to the green. Avoid the bunker on right and trees to the left on second shot.
Par 4 Hole Eleven
This number one handicap hole is a long par four that will require a long iron or fairway wood on the second shot. Avoid the bunkers on the right of fairway and green.
Par 4 Hole Twelve
An average length par four that can be tough. Water on the left and the fairway bunker require a well placed tee shot. A back pin placement on this challenging green can add two clubs to distance.
Par 3 Hole Thirteen
Forget the water and blast away. Anything dry gives a good chance for a par. It is a challenging hole with bunkers on the right and left front. There is more water behind the green so enjoy the scenery.
Par 4 Hole Fourteen
This dog-leg right hole sets up well for a drive over the right corner of the fairway. Some golfers can clear the trees but a bunker protects the front of a receptive green so it is better to stick to the fairway.
Par 5 Hole Fifteen
An ever present goose shares the tee box on this reachable par five that allows for errors left or long. The lay-up shot actually requires more accuracy as you will see in the second photo.
Par 3 Hole Sixteen
Toughest par three on the course. Club selection can range from a five iron to a driver depending ability and wind direction. Anything on the green is an excellent shot.
Par 4 Hole Seventeen
Another dog-leg right that can mean an easy second shot or trouble depending on placement. The fairway slops right leaving a side hill stance but straight away can mean jail.
Par 4 Hole Eighteen
The finishing hole is a dogleg left over water and up hill. Drive should be hit to left center of the fairway leaving a mid iron to a well guarded green.
